PETER has conducted litigation in the NSW Supreme, District and Local Courts as well as before the Administrative Decisions Tribunal, Consumer Trader & Tenancy Tribunal (Home Building Division) and Industrial Tribunals.
Paul was admitted as a Solicitor in July 1986 and immediately joined MJO Legal, initially as an employed Solicitor. Paul became a partner of the firm in July 1989 and conducts a diverse practice with an emphasis on family law and de-facto relationship issues covering property division, children and parenting issues and all other related aspects of family law.
Michelle studied at the University of New England in Armidale for two years before transferring to the University of Queensland in Brisbane and graduating with both a Bachelor of Arts (majoring in Criminology and Criminal Justice)
Tracey became a valuable member of the MJO Legal Team in January 2018. She is employed as Michelle Herrmann’s secretary, primarily assisting in:- Criminal Law; Wills, Powers of Attorneys & Enduring Guardians; Probate and Estate Administration; and Care and Protection proceedings.
Petra is our highly experienced and well respected Conveyancing Manager. She commenced working at MJO Legal, as a legal secretary to Peter James, in 1978 when the firm was known as McNamara and James and the office was located at 17 Skinner Street, South Grafton.
Abbey commenced work for MJO Legal in May 2016 as the firm’s receptionist.
Aimee came to work for MJO Legal in mid 2015 initially being employed as the firm’s receptionist.
Sophie commenced work with us in the role of reception immediately after the completion of her HSC in 2014.
